Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which LocaLoca Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") will issue refunds for payments made for the Backlinknel service (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment.
- No campaigns have been created, started, or executed using your account during the current billing period.
If all of the above conditions are satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund of the most recent subscription payment.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Any campaign has been created, started, or executed during the current billing period, regardless of the campaign's outcome or results.
- The refund request is submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after the date of payment.
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Once a campaign has been initiated, the resources and services allocated to that campaign cannot be reversed. Therefore, no partial or full refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you may use either of the following methods:
- Email: Send a refund request to localoca.master@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your registered email address and the reason for your request.
- Dashboard Support: Submit a support ticket through the Support page in your account dashboard.
Please provide your account email, the date of the transaction, and a brief explanation of your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within two (2) business days.
5. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
