1. Introduction

Welcome to Backlinknel, operated by LocaLoca Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). By accessing or using our website and services available at www.backlinknel.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  1. "Service" refers to the Backlinknel SEO campaign management and performance tracking platform, including all related features, tools, and content provided by the Company.
  2. "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers for an account and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Subscription" refers to a recurring payment plan that grants the User access to specific features within the Service on a monthly basis.
  4. "Plan" refers to a subscription tier (e.g., Basic, Pro) that determines the scope of strategies and features available to the User.
  5. "Campaign" refers to an SEO backlink-building task or project created and executed by the User through the Service.

3. Account Registration

  1. To use the Service, you must create an account through our third-party authentication provider (Clerk). By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Service Description

  1. Backlinknel provides a platform for SEO campaign management, backlink building, and performance tracking.
  2. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable prior notice to Users.
  3. The Company does not guarantee specific SEO results, search engine rankings, or traffic increases. Results may vary depending on numerous factors outside the Company's control.

5. Subscription Plans

  1. The Service offers the following subscription tiers:
    • Basic Plan: Provides access to standard SEO strategies and core campaign management features.
    • Pro Plan: Provides access to all available strategies including advanced techniques and premium campaign management features.
  2. Each plan determines the range of SEO strategies and features available to the User. Details are described on the pricing page.
  3. The Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing and features with at least 30 days' prior notice.

6. Payment & Billing

  1. All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, tax calculation, and refund management on behalf of the Company. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions.
  2. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment method will be automatically charged on each renewal date.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Failure to process payment may result in suspension of your access to paid features.
  4. All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the pricing page. Applicable taxes may be added to the displayed price based on your jurisdiction.

7. Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features during this time.
  3. After the current billing period ends, your account will revert to a free tier with limited functionality. No further charges will be applied.
  4. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

9. User Obligations

  1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. You must not use the Service to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  3. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including but not limited to introducing viruses, overloading servers, or engaging in denial-of-service attacks.
  4. You must not use the Service to create campaigns that promote illegal content, spam, or deceptive practices.
  5. You must not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without the Company's prior written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service (such as website URLs and keywords). However, you grant the Company a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying software without the Company's express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
  2. The Company does not guarantee any specific SEO results, including but not limited to improvements in search engine rankings, website traffic, or domain authority.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
  4. The Company's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

  1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
  2. The Company will notify Users of material changes at least seven (7) days before the new Terms take effect, via email or a prominent notice within the Service.
  3. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

13. Governing Law

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of the Company's registered address in Incheon, Republic of Korea.
